Password Reset – Three Security Questions  Insight, OHC, and Jobseekers will be required to select three security questions and provide answers to them.  User can reset password online by correctly answering all three questions.  If user cannot correctly answer the questions in three attempts, they will be sent an link to reset their password. 2

Examples of security questions a user can select : – What is the name of your favorite childhood friend? – What street did you live on in the third grade? – What is the middle name of your youngest child? – What school did you attend in the sixth grade? NEOGOV Applicant Support will have access to the security questions to assist applicants who are having login difficulty. 3

Auditing – Phase 1 Audit Trail on Exam Plan When viewing any of the objects within an exam plan (job posting, recruiting plan, evaluation steps, eligible list, requisitions, and notes) users will be able to access a ‘Timeline’ to see any revisions made to the exam plan objects. 6

New links added to associate a job posting to a class spec and to create a new exam plan from the job posting page. 10

Additional Enhancements Ability added to download vCalendar file attachments. – Download oral, written, and performance exam schedules as a VCal file. – Allows users to create the exam schedule and then save it to an Outlook calendar (or other calendar programs that accept VCal files). – NOTE: This does not cover time slots for candidate scheduling. – Integration with HigherEdJobs.com. – Cost associated. 11
