Crew Activities, Departing (review) Remove canvas, instrument covers. Hank-on headsail. Tie/run jib sheets. Run main sheet. Attach halyards. Untie dock lines. Stow fenders. Close life-line gate.

Sailing Activities Hoist mainsail. Hoist/unfurl headsail. SAIL! Deploy lazy jacks. Drop/furl headsail. Drop/flake mainsail.
