 In a personal vision statement concerning my educational goals, the attributes I hope to attain and maintain would be: fairness; determination; consistency; and adaptation. A great educational leader would need all of these qualities in order to be successful with the student body, stakeholders and staff. Every student that enters a secondary educational institution has the capacity to become successful, given the proper guidance and appropriate differentiated instruction. A great leader would also implement the suitable channels for all investors to have the opportunity to enhance the success of the students and community. An administrator is only as good as his staff and must have the ability to assemble a highly skilled and motivated staff that is willing to take the extra step. If and when he accomplishes this, he has been successful.
