In the late 1980’s, the idea was “born” to develop a leadership weekend for District Governors. The Kiwanis International Board of Trustees recognized Key Leader approved the creation and development of Key Leader in Since 2005, there have been more than 14,500 graduates throughout the world! Large and small group workshops, discussions and team-building activities. All students are given a notebook used throughout the camp.
