EVAAS QUESTIONS Ask Jenn first Sandy Horne bills DPI every time she chats with you. We have put a serious dent in the contract. Take advantage of the trainings in Region 7 and Region 2. The local PD leads have invited you to attend. Sandy will be there to train.

TEAM MAINTENANCE ISSUES Robert and Eliz 18

Team Maintenance issues Your travel needs to be turned in monthly. Do not wait to send a bunch of months at one time unless you have only 1-2 short trips. Do not wait to get a check for one month before sending the next month. Keep them coming. Your year-end evaluations are due by December 15, Expect a call from Robert, Yvette, or Eliz to discuss progress on the goals you submitted. If you are new to the team and haven’t written one, don’t worry. If you are unsure, contact Eliz. Your new goals for the 2013 year will be due by the end of December, 2012.
