‘Tis the Season The holiday season begins almost as soon as Halloween is over. The Holiday Season traditionally includes Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Thanksgiving Thanksgiving is a very special day for families. Students have Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday off from school.

Wednesday: The Day Before The Wednesday before Thanksgiving is very busy! That day, families begin cooking their Thanksgiving dinners.

Wednesday: Giving There are many people who do not have enough food to eat on Thanksgiving. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving is also a big day for donating food to churches and homeless shelters.
