Leadership (James 3:1-2) 1. Looking for more than just a few good leaders. Leadership also have to lead with integrity: So what is “integrity?” The very word itself has an implication of perfection, but nobody is perfect. Integrity speaks of “wholeness, or completeness” and is expelled from the word of integrated. When we look at leaders of integrity we are looking at people that have taken this very principle and have internalized into their everyday life.
