Emerging Leaders  Initiative emerged from the 2014 “Skunkworks” feedback  Defining “Emerging Leaders” as: Mid-career HR leader ( years of HR experience) Has desire/capacity to rise to the next level or to the top HR Leader or top of their sub-discipline/consulting practice Most likely part of Generation X (39-50)/later part of Y/Millennials (18-38)  Overall objective is to identify and develop a pipeline of future leaders and expose them to the benefits of getting involved with the HRLF community  Looking to set up a couple of events that would cater directly to this group over the next 6 to 12 months
