The Test of Faith The world is not always great and not everyone demonstrates leadership and character. We all have the ability. Our faith, will, and strength is constantly being tested for weakness. Our decisions are the answers to these test; but, they are not always correct. That is the test of faith. Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect

Leaders Leaders are the people whose faith is tested the most. Because it takes character to wake up, to help and guide people. Then to use all of your time and energy and do it again the next day. Values, beliefs, character, and integrity affect leaders' daily choices. That is why many workplaces prefer to hire leaders with great character and integrity. These characteristics help to improve safety, and performance.

Character in the workplace Trust, Loyalty, and Morale is what defines character. Character is a much needed attribute in the workplace. Without trust, the employer is hesitant to leave you unsupervised. Without loyalty, an employer is timid to trust you on long projects without fear of you quitting the project midway. Without morale, the team lacks cohesiveness.
