3 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The basis of the integrated measuring system for Bosch Rexroth profiled rail systems is a highly-accurate physical gage integrated into the guide rails. The physical gage is read using an adapted reader head on the runner block. Integrating a direct travel measurement system into the profiled rail system opens up new possibilities for machine design.
