Use bullets when the order of the elements in the list is not important Use numbers when the elements need to be in order, as in the steps of the process. Use animation for impact, but only sparingly Apply only one style of slide transition to your presentation. Use animation and transitions to help your audience understand the content better, not just to entertain.
The first step when applying animation is to select the words or object you would like to animate. Then you would go to the 4 th tab on your toolbar that says Animations and chose Custom Animation. On the right hand side of your screen a box will appear that says custom animation and you click on the down arrow beside add effect. Then you chose entrance, motion path, etc.
Now we will begin by completing the pretest.
