For achieving the advantages of integrated company, suitable pricing, detailed quality control s, open business approach and innovative solutions to problems, Riordan take into consideration the affects on various factors like supply chain, competition and customer satisfaction. Riordan keeps its focus on ethical aspects of the company for increasing the company future profitability and workforce. RMI employees will become more able to achieve company goals due to more innovative and team oriented environment in organization. Riordan systems are linked with their employees and RMIs’ system for designing groups and promoting the products. Riordan is introducing new technology and information system for removing the traditional barriers between suppliers, distributers, manufacturers and customers. The start of e-business will help in vertical integration.
