CEDRO Project What is it? What is it? A project known as the Academy Development Centre on Drug Dependency belonging to the Havana Medical Sciences University. Main objective Main objective To develop and organize scientific activities related to drug dependency prevention. All health care personnel, social workers and educators must work hard to prevent our young people from using drugs. Medical doctors, nurses and health technologists should know the language used by drug addicts to understand and to know how to proceed.
