HOW TO DO A FLIPTURN Jake G.

Last Strokes At the flags, take two more breaths Make the rest of your strokes pulls powerful.

The Entry On the last pull, push head to your chest and tighten your abs.

Butterfly Push Kick a butterfly kick down to propel your body into a flip.

In The Flip Bend your knees into the wall You should be upside down, under water.

The Shot When in position, your knees will act like a spring and shoot you off of the wall.

Off The Wall You should be shot very fast off of the wall.

Streamline Place your arms in a streamline position (extended above head).

Turn Now, turn to your left until you are on your stomach.

Power Kick do three butterfly kicks (flutter kick with feet together).

Freestyle Kick After the fly kick, do freestyle kick until you reach the surface.

The Pull When you reach the surface do three power pulls without breathing.

The New Lap Breath and start swimming your new lap with speed.
