The employment of up to two graduates from a polytechnic, institute of higher education or university with the following specialisations: - management of; (i) innovative projects (ii) manufacturing (iii) the environment - marketing with a technological emphasis - product development including preparation and design - business management The workplace must be in the state of Brandenburg SME, manufacturing trades and service industries A grant for the taxable gross salary for at least 24 months per graduate - in the first year:50% maximum of Euro - in the second year: 40% maximum of Euro Scientific Assistant

With the following characteristics: - The development and implementation of technologically new or improved manufacturing processes or products, with respect to their market viability. (This can involve all phases of the innovative process from the development of prototypes to the final introduction to market). - The necessary economical aspects with reference to technology management - The consultations or training sessions must differ from the daily business operations. SME, manufacturing trades and service industries in the state of Brandenburg. A grant to the amount of 50 % of the eligible costs for consultations or training sessions, up to 25,000 € per eligible company per year. Knowledge Transfer
