EUGENICS IN AMERICA Sir Francis Galton coined the term eugenics, and the phrase “Nature versus Nurture” in his book Hereditary Genius, published in 1869.

LEWIS MADISON TERMAN Was instrumental in the inclusion of IQ testing in the military; he developed the first mass IQ test which was used on 1.7 million soldiers during WW I.
