Chocolate cake INGREDIENTS 4 EGGS 500gr. of FLOUR 450gr. of SUGAR 250gr. of BUTTER 240gr. of MILK 2 VANILLAS A LITTLE SALT PROCESS WE MIX ALL THE MATERIALS AND WE PUT THEM IN A PAN. THEN WE PUT IT IN THE OVEN AT 180 DEGREES, FOR ONE HOUR.

Apple – walnut pie Ingredients 3 cups of sugar 1 kilo of apples (sweet and red) 5 eggs ½ cup of oil 4 glasses of water 5 cups of flour ½ kilo of walnuts 1 margarine packet 3 vanillas Process We beat the 5 eggs and put the sugar. Then we put the 4 cups of flour, we put the walnuts and beat them. We cut the apples in small pieces and we mix them with the walnuts. We oil the pan and put some margarine. We put the rest of the margarine in the mixture. We put the vanillas and mix well for 8 minutes. We put it into the oven and we bake it at 250 o for a quarter of a hour.

Raisin porridge Ingredients 200 grams of flour 100 grams of Quaker oats 1 pack of dry yeast 150 ml of warm water 2 table spoons of honey 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of olive oil ½ cup of ‘blond’ raisins 2 tablespoons of walnut 1 egg Some milk ½ teaspoons of cinnamon powder ½ teaspoon of sugar Process Mix the flour with porridge. Dissolve the yeast in the milk end add the flour. Add honey, salt, olive oil, raisins and walnuts. Knead thoroughly. You may need to add a little flour or even a little milk in order to have salty dough. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes in a warm place to rest. Bake 4-5 rolls and place them with the egg after you have thinned out with some water and blend with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. GOOD LUCK!

ALMOND CAKE Ingredients 6 eggs 1 cup tea sugar 1 little orange-use the juice 1 cup tea of ground almonds ½ tea cup of breadcrumbs Some almonds ½ teaspoon of almond essence 1 glass of chocolate Process We take a bowl and we add the sugar. Then we add the eggs. Then we add the orange juice and we beat them. Then we add the breadcrumbs, the ground almonds and the almond essence. We put the mixture in a cake form and bake it at 150oC. We add the chocolate glaze on top and it is ready.
