Performance and service for employers and employees 1. Role and Structure Performance and service for employers and employees On the employer‘s side Release from liability Legal and financial security in the long run Protection against legal action Social peace Uniform system for all companies Low-cost and efficient system On the employee‘s side Reliable protection in the case of health damage Quick, competent and suitable services in the case of damage Protection against legal action, taken e.g. by colleagues Die Erwartungen an die gesetzliche Unfallversicherung kann man aus Sicht der Unternehmer und Arbeitnehmer betrachten. Dr. Sven Timm, DGUV, Germany
