 3-3 Read and take notes textbook pgs 76-81, Amending the Constitution.  Review vocabulary terms for section 3-2.  Expressed Powers, Enumerated Powers, Elastic Clause, Federal Bureaucracy.

 Read and take notes 3-4, The Amendments, textbook pages  Define terms: prior restraint, probable cause, search warrant, arrest warrant, due process of law, eminent domain, lame duck and poll tax.  Pro/Con notes from video, To Keep and Bear Arms: Gun Control and the Second Amendment, 10 points.  The Constitution Test - Wednesday Feb. 18 th, 100 points.
