Problems  Youth unemployment  Environment  Integration & immigration

Youth unemployment  Causes: - Companys do not dare to employ young people - Not benificial for companies to employ youths - High payroll tax

 Consequences -Higher youth unemployment -Harder for youths to get in the work life -Youths have less money

 Measures: -Decrease the payroll tax -Adopt funding to companies that hire youths -Adopt more internship during school

 How does the government want to solve the problem? - 90-day guarantee divided into: Trainee jobs Education – Be able to study adult education - Integration into employment Funding for companies

Integration via immigration  Causes - Different culture - Different language - Different school system

 Consequences - Bad prospects for the future - Difficult to be a part of the community => exclusion - Difficult to educate yourself => Difficult to get a job

 Measures - Governmental support for foreigners- language, cultures etc. - Social organizations for the foreigners - Prevent segregation in the society by enabling poor people to live in wealthy regions

 What does the government think of this problem?

Environment  Causes Youngsters don’t have any chance to make a difference Youngsters don’t take responsibilities for their actions Lack of interest about the environment

Environment  Consequences Non-involvement among youth today is bad for the future Uneducated today ---  uneducated in the future --  harder to solve the problems Lack of interest today --  lack of interest in the future

Environment  Measures  Give youngsters a chance to bring about a change  Make the youth more involved  Our future, our problems & our problems  Educate more and more youngsters about the problems

How does the government want to solve the problem?  Reduce the emission of fossils fuels  Environment friendly cars  Renewable energy

What do we think about the governments solutions? Integration via immigration  Governments solutions: - Schools take more action against racism - Foreign education more adapted for the jobs here in Sweden - More people with foreign background in political parties  Good solutions, but need editing  Not equal to ours  Will not solve problems but will lead to improvement Adopt better support in means of language and culture Organizations where you gather people from different backgrounds Less segregations by mixing living places

Does these problems occur just in Sweden or in the whole Europe?  Integration – Mostly a problem in Sweden  Environment – The same problems in other countries  Youth unemployment – Not just in Sweden
