he Characters in scene three are the Friar, Romeo, and the Nurse.  Friar was the priest that married Romeo and Juliet.  Romeo was the son of the Montague's and the one who loved Juliet.  Nurse was Juliet’s nurse and care taker.

 In scene #3, the setting starts out at friar Laurence’s Cell. That’s where Romeo finds out that he is banished for killing Tybalt.

 The plot of the scene is that Romeo is going to Friar Lawrence to see what the latest news is. Friar Lawrence tells Romeo that he is banished from the town.  Romeo is wanting to kill himself for Juliet.  The nurse rushes in and tells Romeo that Juliet wants to see him and then hands him a ring that Juliet wanted Romeo to have.

 Romeo and Juliet are talking in the orchard. Romeo leaves  Juliet tells her father she doesn’t want to marry Paris and her father yells at her.
