Troubleshooting Check to make sure the LCS is running via the LCS Manager. Try accessing the LCS Monitoring Tool from a workstation running the testing software. Try taking a practice test through the LCS and see if it is reflected in the LCS Monitoring Tool Make sure that no one is testing through the LCS before stopping it, then restart the LCS and run through the above steps again. 32 J
