Executive Committee Roles & Responsibilities President Must be a Sociology Major Ensure the entire team move forward as a Society Vice-President Preferably a Sociology major Assist the President and deputise for him/her in his/her absence.

Executive Committee Roles & Responsibilities Hon. Treasurer Shall be responsible for all financial matters. Executing an annual audit of the Societys finances. Liaising with the Sociology Department on all finance-related matters. Singaporean, aged 21 Hon. Deputy Treasurer Assisting Hon. Treasurer in collection of receipts and payments. Assuming responsibilities of Hon. Treasurer in his/her absence. Singaporean, aged 21

Executive Committee Roles & Responsibilities Hon. General Secretary Shall keep all records, except financial, of the Society and shall be responsible for their correctness. Keep minutes of all General and Committee meetings. Maintain an up to date Register of Members.

Management Committee Roles & Responsibilities Events Have excellent time management and organisational skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and outgoing. Able to establish productive relationships with people at all levels. Have a positive and adaptable approach to problem solving. Innovative and creative. be able to work as part of a team. possess an eye for detail.

Management Committee Roles & Responsibilities Publicity Have basic Photoshop skills and HTML know-how, or at least is willing to learn those skills. Able to plan marketing strategies in liaison with the PR and HR directors.

Management Committee Roles & Responsibilities Human Resource Take charge of managing relationships & the disseminating of info between the main committee and its members. Organize non-official bonding activities. Assist Hon. Gen. Secretary when necessary. Equipped with good management skillsmanpower allocation.

Management Committee Roles & Responsibilities Public Relations Take charge of all external communication & relationships outside the Society. Also, the public image and marketing of the Society and its events to the general school population. Have good interpersonal communicative skills.
