A: Good afternoon, Mr. Jones. This is Allison from the leasing office at Sunny View Towers. I’m returning your message from this morning. We do have one apartment available. It’s 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and has a lovely balcony. It’s on the 25 th floor. The rent is $2,000 a month. A deposit of one month’s rent is due when you sign the lease. Water is included, but tenants pay for electricity and cable separately. We do allow pets, but only pets under 10 pounds, and there is a pet deposit. That’s also due at signing. I’d be happy to show you the apartment. Please give me a call at to set up an appointment. Click to listen again.
