Engaging with Shared Services in France

The (French) Unitron Way L’approche Unitron

Kick off event on January 22 nd How it all began

TUW kick-off event After building a cx operational group including logistics, repair and service departments we organized a kick-off event with all Shared Service members with the following scope: – Inform about Unitron, our mission and what customer experience means to us – Engage everyone with our brand

It’s up to U – the blue pill All Shared Service members were invited in 4 groups in order to ensure a continued work flow in all departments – Who is Unitron - Talk about our mission values and service approach – Hand-out of “The Unitron Way” book and the blue pill – Celebrate the birth of the French Unitron Way by asking everyone his/ her Favorite Sound (photos were handed out later) Feedback: People were surprised by the invitation as they don’t have many common events or meetings Many liked to get more information on our strategy, some admitted that they had no idea about Unitron before Shared Sercice members liked being seen as part of the team

Follow up event on April 18 th The story continues…

TUW follow-up event The main theme for this follow-up event was to keep people informed and engaged – News about Unitron and the recent product launch of Moxi Kiss – Sharing some photos and results of the Congress in Paris – Present the results of our filming in January – launch the French Meet Unitron movie – Thank them for their participation at Meet Unitron – Thank them for their efforts for the French Congress

Internal launch on July 9 th The Charter

The launch of the charter The main theme for this Unitron mini event was the introduction of the Unitron charter – Update on our the latest service initiatives – Go through each point of our new charter and explain the details – Start the Unitron (Holiday) Way by handing out the charter with a card holder a TUW beach mat TUW flip flops

A fun follow up: the TUW photo contest

Key learnings It is important to engage the Shared Services by regular meetings or mini events – Always give enough background information and explanations – Try to have a fun and/ or at least a culinary part in the event – Have regular meetings but don’t exaggerate in regards to the duration – Always say “thank you” for their support in the Unitron Way
