Effective boards have a shared vision that includes perspectives of all board members. 2

1) clarify their individual vision, values and passion; 2) listen to and hear fellow board members to understand their vision, values and passion; 3) identify common ground and shared understanding. 3

1) Provide a tool which enhances a Board’s Self Evaluation Process 2) Help board members generate deep conversations leading to:  shared understanding  improve board working relationships  establish individual and collective board goals for improvement. 4
