WASC site visit  WASC Visiting team at SCU Oct , 2009  Visiting Team will – Interview key individuals – Hold meetings with key groups  Team is seeking to – Verify information in report and exhibits – Clarify areas that are confusing – Explore matters of institutional focus – Probe about areas of concern – Learn about climate and culture

Visiting Team and FSC  Visiting Team will meet with FSC representatives – Separate meetings with other faculty leaders, administrators, staff, students, etc.  When? – Wednesday October 21, 2009 – Probable time: 3:30 – Locations TBD

Meetings with Visiting Team  Meetings may take several forms – Straight Q & A – Mini questionnaires – Fishbowls – Observation of regular meeting process  Typical format – two members of visiting team meet with groups of faculty  Meetings last about 45 minutes  Visiting Team will also hold open meetings for all faculty – no administrators invited  WASC will establish confidential account for comments
