Cheetahs The Cheetah is described as the fastest mammal on Earth. It has long legs, a tall, slim build and its colors are tawny, black- spotted fur. The cheetah's spots help to camouflage it in its environment.

Cheetahs habitat Cheetahs like to live in the open area. Because of their liking for that, they usually are found in the grasslands, desert-like plains, savanna's, and like areas that have tall grass. These are the reasons because they usually are found in some places in Africa. Before, they were found in some parts of India and all over Africa, but now only maybe 20-30% of Africa.

Why is the cheetah an endangered species ? Cheetahs are endangered because of declined in prey, loss of habitat poaching, and being shot as a livestock predator.

If nothing change all of the cheetahs in the world WILL be extinct completely in the year So we need to do whatever it takes to help every cheetah in this world. On the next slide you will see what I mean. Let's Do Something

What is being done to save the cheetahs ? Well, The public is saying that they are protecting livestock better so that the cheetahs won't accidentally get killed, and the 3 rd grade students of Coyote Canyon Elementary.
