Themed program base Advocacy action  coordinates the seminars and workshops at the IFUW Triennials  evaluates and reports on the workshops and seminars from the previous triennial  creates the IFUW position papers and oral statements for the Commission on the Status of Women  moderates IFUW discussion groups  suggests for content on the IFUW Advocacy blog  Provides tool kits for the IFUW membership.  Writes position papers on the IFUW Istanbul resolutions

Program & Advocacy IFUW Program  Provides a base for advocacy in addition to the policy resolutions IFUW Advocacy  Policy Resolutions since 1919  Action plans since 1998

2013 – 2016 Focus on Education Action Plan to provide Safe Access to Education

Safe Access to Education  Counter all forms of violence at school and ensure the security of all those at risk, with particular concern for the safety of young girls and teenagers.  Develop awareness of the need to counter all forms of violence, ranging from bullying to sexual aggression and drug addiction, and to include education for peace in the programmes of all concerned ministries.  Urge governments to take effective action to support girls and women who are seeking, attending and promoting education at all levels amongst all countries where educational access is low, unsafe and/or at risk.
