What is Leadership? A process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent

Is a manager a leader?  Yes, no, maybe  A leader inspires others to achieve higher goals  A manager has the authority to accomplish organizational goals  Leaders can inspire without authority  Managers can “boss” without inspiration

But together....  Imagine a job with the authority to change and the ability to inspire  Or inspiring change by leading
