Baking Cookies English Club eats chocolate chip cookies!

Baking Cookies Every year, before Christmas, many families bake cookies together. There are lots of different kinds of cookies, but my favorite are chocolate chip!

Step 1: Step 1: Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Step 2: Step 2: In a large bowl, mix the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Stir with a large spoon until smooth.

Step 3: Step 3: Mix in the eggs, one at a time. After the eggs are mixed, add the vanilla.

Step 4: Step 4: Add the baking soda and salt.

Step 5: Step 5: Mix in the flour and chocolate chips. Your cookie dough is done!

Step 6: Step 6: Use a spoon to make the dough into balls. Put the balls onto a pan.

Step 7: Step 7: Put the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are light brown.
