Name of Museum Tutankhamun tomb is the only Kings tomb in Ancient Egypt that was untouched. Tutankhamen was buried at the Valley of the Kings in Upper Egypt and his tomb had four rooms with more than 5,000 treasures. This was all made for the afterlife. Tutankhamun was the king at age nine from 1332 to 1322 BCE and died at age 19 years old. Tutankhamen’s tomb was across the Nile River near Thebes. Howard Carter the discoverer of Tutankhamun’s tomb. This shrine had statues of kings, boat carved from alabaster, index heads, and was robbed by tomb robbers.
