Disclaimer Moo Moo’s Ice Cream Barn is a fictional organization. However, the dream to create an ice cream shop to teach students business skills is real. Students would have the opportunity to learn how to manage a business by doing it. Students would be paid through the business in addition to learning the necessary skills to be effective. This PowerPoint is a very basic overview of a potential ice cream shop with a student-driven business model.
