Objectives Revisit ProGED Management Model—CapacityWorks Report on the results achieved from 7 February to 22 August 2014 based on the implementation of the Area based 2014 annual operational plans Report on the cumulative achievements on the ProGED’s process indicators (34) and commission indicators (4) Provide opportunities for continuing capacity development, discussion and agreements on topics relevant to ProGED implementation

Objectives Provide opportunities for continuing capacity development, discussion and agreements on topics relevant to ProGED implementation Review the strategic direction and focus of ProGED for 2014 and 2015, and update the 2014 Area based annual operational plans based on an assessment of the results in 2014 Identify indicative activities for 2015 Identify topics and issues to be included in the agenda of the Third ProGED Steering Committee Meeting to be held in September 2014

Expected Outputs Increased level of understanding of the DTI staff from the replication provinces on the planned results of ProGED Validated Results Achievements Updated 2014 Area based operational plans Validated Strategic Direction for 2015 List of Indicative Activities for 2015 in Region 7 and at the national level which include a summary of activities common to the six other replication provinces Compilation of all presentations shared and MRM Documentation Report
