Video Project Overview 2 Purpose: create and provide a high-quality video resource library provide resources for professional development – inter-rater reliability work, teacher and principal development work, ccss learning, ddi learning, etc capture teacher, teacher evaluator, principal, principal evaluator in action around the three school level reforms: CCSS, TLE, DDI capture teachers enacting the ccss shifts and show how those shifts can be used to strengthen our work w/ our APPR observation rubrics

Highlights Teachers, principals and principal evaluators will work closely with video production company and coaches to deliver high quality products Videos will be showcased statewide (and even nationally!) to inform professional development Extensive and robust tagging system so that videos can be retrieved with ease “Subjects” will receive external coaching support if desired 4
