2 Club Rules and Policies Manual IV-1 Line of Sight in Public Settings Must mentor in places where other adults are “in the line of sight” and Mentor and child are easily observed by others.

National Rules & Local Rules The National Rules are the basic standard that we expect every Club to meet. There are times, however, when we have a local Club that has had to add its own local rules that exceed the rules set by RFK, Inc. 30

Protecting Our Mission If we are lax at enforcing the rules, we put our mission in jeopardy. But we never elevate the rules above our mission. 31
