SIG Proceedings Preparation There are two methods used to produce SIG proceedings: –Preferred Vendor preparation service –Conference Leader preparation

SIG Proceedings Preparation-Vendor –Conference Leaders provide accepted author/ contact list –Vendor sends submission, copyright and template instructions to accepted authors –Vendor collects the papers/copyrights electronically –Vendor paginates the proceedings, formats front matter, compiles the table of contents/author index –Vendor prints the proceedings/produces CD- ROMS/DVDS –Vendor provides ACM with the metadata/pdfs for inclusion in the Digital Library

SIG Proceedings Preparation- Conference Leaders –Leaders provide ACM with a.csv file containing accepted author information and submission type/title. ACMs automated system is used to collect the copyright forms –Leaders paginate the proceedings, compile the table of contents/author index, format the front matter –After the copyright forms are approved by ACM the proceedings are printed locally by the Conference Leaders/ files are sent to ACM for inclusion in the Digital Library –Information on publishing the proceedings can be found here:
