Egypt is in the northeast corner of Africa. Egypt is the size of Texas and New Mexico combined. Most of Egypt is desert. There is fertile land along the Nile, which is the worlds longest river. Most of Egypts people live along the Nile. The desert can be up to 140 degrees in the day and only 40 degrees at night.
