MODIFIED CODE CHANGES Proposed code changes were modified to address issues raised by BOS Length changed to 21 ft. instead of 20 ft. Clarified Sec to focus on commercial vehicle definition/restrictions distinct from CPDs (but some overlap) Exempts vehicles on business, moving vehicles (e.g., U-hauls for 48 hrs.), vehicles transporting persons with disabilities, some others 3
