2006/07 NANP Budget & Contribution Factor Update: May 1 filing specified instead of the anticipated factor of due to two unanticipated vendor payments of approximately $245,000 to the PA per the contract terms. Welch and the vendor will exchange billing information at the time a request is made from the vendor to the FCC going forward to avoid future unanticipated disbursements.

2006/07 Budget The FCC announced on May 9, 2006 that because the PA contract expires in June 2006 and the follow-on contract is anticipated for award in September 2006, the Commission is expected to announce a bridge contract before the June expiration. The BCWG recommends that Welch and Co be notified if the terms of the bridge contract substantially fluctuate from the budgeted monthly expenditures.
