Successful Model: Hospitality Sector Over 325 students trained in ESL with approximately 75% advancing one or more levels on Best Plus post test. Examples of Student Promotions include: Dishwasher to Front-Line Cook Housekeeper to Engineer Housekeeper to PBX Operator Room Attendant to Housekeeping Floor Supervisor Steward to Line Cook Over 600 students participated in Supervisory Skills Training 13 businesses enrolled in Sector Over 2100 hours of on-site training

Fall 2012 Healthcare Sector ESL and Supervisory Skills training identified as a need within the Healthcare Sector HRG replicates successful model for sector growth in the Hospitality Sector HRG, via NorMet and Sector Lead reach out to network of Westchester hospitals 3 new businesses enroll in Sector 40 students - ESL training 120 students - Supervisory Skills training Marketing and promotion begins to more hospitals and healthcare agencies
