TEXTILE RECYCLING Please Note – You can recycle your clothes, shoes, linen, accessories, etc ANY TIME, in the DGS TEXTILE BANK Now in place - in the school car park, next to the paper bank.

Fairtrade Fortnight 22 Feb - 7 March 2010 To raise awareness of Fairtrade Fortnight we ran a cafe at lunchtimes. Our Cafe had a jungle theme hence the name Rawr. Hot drinks were given away free. Other treats were sold to raise money for Fairtrade. Goodies for sale.

Some of the treats on offer : Students baked fairtrade muffins and biscuits and sold them in the cafe.

Fairtrade Fortnight 22 Feb - 7 March 2010 Three S6 students Justine Dickson, Melissa Sutherland and Danielle Valaitas organised the event. The other members of the Charity Committee supported them namely Alice Amabalino, Rebecca Cush, Anna Dobson, Lucy Duncan, Kara Wark and Miss Williams.
