Project My Favorite type of mass media. Alina Khafizova, 7a

My favorite type of mass media is.. My favorite type of mass media is TV. I often watch interesting films and programs on TV. My favorite channe is Channel One, which shows my favorite programs-KVN and music show: The Voice. I often watch TV.

Why I watch TV? I watch TV because television is the main source of news for millions of people. With its help we can see everything with our own eyes. It has the power to educate and broaden our minds. It helps us to relax after a hard day’s work and to escape from reality. There are a lot of different programmes on TV: news and sport programmes, chat shows and TV games, documentaries, concerts and feature films.. They help people enrich their intellect, and develop their imagination.

But… …But nowadays there is a lot of violence on TV. As Schonburg Alexander once said "Nothing is better for stupid as watching TV. Nowhere else you will not see so many violence” Nowadays, some children are so addicted to TV that they are not interested in anything else: they don’t read books or communicate with adults and other children, they move less, speak less and they even think less. TV leads to poor health because of rushed meals, lack of sleep, eyestrain.
