Possible scenarios 1.National Hydrometeorological Service of Vietnam: –a scenario and data that would be useful to them (user requirements). –Possible improvement of precipitation forecast 2. Flood forecast scenario – information and GIS useful to decision makers (e.g. to develop flood hazard maps, to determine inundation levels, etc.). 3. Evacuation scenario – evacuation, medical care, food, recovery, etc. At this point – very preliminary!
