What is VLE? Framework –Basically, VLEs provide access to web-based learning and online interaction through a secure site between school and home; students, teachers and parents. –Information, only available inside school in the intranet, can through a VLE be safely accessed from any computer connected to the internet –Functions offered often include facilities for importing, creating and organising teaching materials, online tutoring, assessment as well as communication tools such as , messaging chat and discussion.
