Status update WG chartered 6 March, announced 11 March The charter is now on the official TICTOC site From our three existing drafts 1.Problem statement 2.Modularization 3.RAN Requirements we need to create candidate WG drafts Review and text contributions warmly requested

Goals and Milestones * Problem statementSep 2008 Modular Framework documentationNov 2008 Requirements analysis for use cases, including gap analysisJan v2 profileApr 2009 NTPv4 extensionsApr 2009 Security document(s)Apr 2009 MIB for IEEE 1588v2 profile and NTPv4 extensions (TICTOC MIB) Aug 2009 Prioritize second phase deliverables and add milestones or re-charterAug 2009 * All dates are for exiting WG LC

Work items The focus of our initial work will be 1.NTP extensions 2.IEEE 1588v2 profiles The latter will need careful coordination with ITU-T SG15 Q13 Happily there is significant participant overlap between the various SDOs involved

Today's meeting Due to timing constraints, talks (this time only) were accepted without IDs We have 3 talks on NTP extensions 3 talks on 1588 profiles 1 talk on requirements 1 talk on path discovery
