My birthday is May 27,1998 so I am 11 years old, and I’m a girl and a big peace fan. I live in Seaford, Delaware. I go to Seaford Middle School. I live with my mom Nelly,my dad Marco, and my big sister Denisse. My sister is in 12 th grade and is 17 years old. I don’t know how old my parents are but I'm not going to ask. My family is from Mexico so I am Hispanic. My family has a culture of playing soccer. What makes me different than others is that I like to do things my way which is weird but different, but I like different. After all if we were all the same were boring!

My family goes on a trip about every 2 or 3 weeks. We like to go to New York or New Jersey. We have a lot of family there so we like to stay in touch. My family speaks 2 languages. We speak Spanish and English but, mostly Spanish because my family comes from Mexico. What makes my family different from other families is that we do things (almost everything) together like a family should. Also because we have a different culture than others. What type of family do I have? I have a Hispanic family and I'm proud of where I'm from.

My favorite holiday is Christmas. Christmas because I love to wake up in the morning and smell the gingerbread cookies my mom makes. That really wakes me up! In the afternoon my mom calls all her friends and family to come over for a party, of course kids come so I'm like the mature one. My sister and I go to the store to buy presents for our friends and cousins. In return we also get presents.

My favorite subjects are Social studies and language arts. I like social studies because I like to learn about different places and cultures or just peoples way of life, how they live. I Also like language arts because we get to do book reports which is awesome ‘cause I love to read!

In my free time I love to read. Or maybe I will play a board game or even just go outside with my friends. My mom takes me and my sister bowling when we are seriously bored! We like to dance. I used to take dance classes,but then I went on a family trip for a month so my friend and I quit. I like to dance the most traditional dance in my country.

My favorite food is quesadillas because my mom makes them with a special spicy sauce its very deliciouso! What's weird is that now taco bell and my school sells quesadillas now. My culture spread by food. Even soccer I think my family got that from brazil because they are really good at soccer.
