The Lessons of the Parable and the Incarnation Despite the fact that humanity has sinned, God seeks to be in relationship with humanity. Jesus Christ is the Revelation of God through whom the mystery and reality of God are made known to us. Through the Incarnation: God makes it possible for us to be closer to Him and be in communion with each other. All humanity comes to know the depth of God’s love for us. We are saved by being reconciled to God. Jesus is the model of holiness and teaches us how to be human and sons/daughters of God.
