Timeline – August 2012 Online and paper submission of application forms (for self) made available to anyone at starting August 1 Training sessions on online CAP system provided

Timeline – September 2012 All National Volunteer Applications due at the USTA office no later than September 17 USTA Board of Directors slate for the term made public

Timeline October – November 2012 USTA Board of Directors for affirmed Incoming USTA President appoints Council Chairs and Committee Chairs Incoming USTA President meets with AGC in White Plains to make all remaining committee appointments

Timeline December 2012 – January 2013 Board, sections, committee chairs and all members and applicants notified of committee appointments in December 2012 USTA Board and Section Leadership Meeting (including new committee chairs), January 2013
