AUTHORITY n What are the authors qualifications for writing on the subject? n How reputable is the publisher? n If the authors name is listed, are his/her qualifications listed?

OBJECTIVITY n Is the information presented with a minimum of bias? n To what extent is the information trying to sway the opinion of the audience? n Web often functions as a virtual soapbox n Goals and aims of persons or groups presenting material often not clearly stated

CURRENCY n Is the content of the work up-to-date? n Is the publication date clearly indicated?
